When looking after single-stream and mixed dry recycling, Link Waste has a zero to landfill policy. Our recycling rates are maximised where possible, and whatever cannot be recycled is sent as Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) from our waste hubs.
We have specialist paper, plastic and dry mixed recycling plants across the Northwest of England. We currently work with several borough Councils, including Wigan and Greater Manchester, to recycle over 35,000 tons of paper and 20,000 tonnes of plastics per year as their single stream recycling provider.
